The hotel facilities, including the pool, spa, and sauna, were modern and excellent. The location, with access to skiing up in the mountains of Serfaus and local free buses, made it easy to get around without a car. Staff were friendly and helpful, explaining transportation options and offering outdoor activity recommendations. The food, particularly during lunch and dinner, was always varied and delicious.
Almost perfect.

This place is amazing! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist and even explaining to me how to catch the local free buses to go skiing up in the mountains of Serfaus. The spa, pool, and sauna were modern and excellent, a perfect way to relax after a day on the slopes. The food during dinner and lunch was simply delicious, with plenty of choices and attentive service. The bar/lounge area was attractive and the outdoor sitting area was a great spot to enjoy a drink while taking in the beautiful scenery. This hotel truly offers enhanced comfort and quality services.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location of the hotel was great, with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. the hotel was clean and well maintained, with helpful staff. the Christmas decorations were lovely and added to the festive atmosphere. the breakfast buffet was delicious with a great selection of food and drinks. Best aspects: the wellness area was a highlight, with an indoor pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. the free shuttle to nearby ski areas was also great, making it easy to access the slopes without having to drive.
The beds were quite hard, making it a bit difficult to get a good night's sleep. Some of the staff members had limited English proficiency, which caused some confusion at times.

We recently stayed at a hotel in the mountains that offered taxi service to and from the local free buses. the location was great for exploring the mountains and taking in the stunning views, especially up at the mountains of Serfaus. the room and bathroom were clean, but the service was lacking. Breakfast was average, but the selection was limited. the indoor and outdoor play areas for kids were a plus.
The restaurant staff was not very accommodating when it came to dietary restrictions.

The food was really good and the swimming pool was a great amenity to have after a long day of work. The hotel is also located near some key attractions in the area, making it convenient to explore during downtime.
The bed was too hard for my liking and made it hard for me to get a good night's sleep. some of the staff members struggled with understanding and speaking English effectively, which led to some confusion and misunderstandings during my stay.
